John Lee Parker, 49, was arrested in the 900 block of Birch Avenue for possession of hard drugs/possession of controlled substances, He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Irvin Edgar Ramirez, 30, was arrested at Highway 46 and J Street for driving when privileges suspended/revoked, exceeding the posted 55 MPH speed limit on a two-lane undivided highway and failure to provide proof of insurance to a peace officer. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.
