Jose Luis Soto, 42, was arrested in the 1600 block of 1st Street for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 27

Mario Quintero, 36, was arrested at the intersection of 13th and D streets for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oscar Leon Jaramillo, 32, was arrested in the 900 block of 9th Street on a felony bench warrant, He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 28

Bernardo Verduzco Perez, 62, was arrested at the intersection of D and 8th streets on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jose Noel Cruz Murillo, 33, was arrested in the 1000 block of 12th Street for exhibiting a deadly weapon, threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and driving without a valid license. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Mark Anthony Ybarra, 39, was arrested in the 1300 block of Griffith Avenue for possession of a controlled substance and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 29

Edwin Oswaldo Quezada, 18, was arrested in the 800 block of 8th Street for evading a peace officer, driving without a valid license and reckless driving. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Troy Niklas Kouklis, 19, was arrested in the 500 block of Annin Avenue for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Antonio Mendez Jr, 38, was arrested in the 2600 block of Spruce Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Avel Ramirez Velasco, 20, was arrested at 7th Street and Oak Avenue for failing to stop at stop sign, driving without a valid licens, and giving misinformation to a peace officer. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Edgar Cruz, 18, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Oak Avenue for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm in public and obstructing or resisting a peace officer. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Victor Alfonso Reveles, 34, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and Poso Drive on a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Eric Hopkins, 55, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of South Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Ramiro Enriquez Cortes, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on Central Valley Highway for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jose Juan Tovar, 50, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of South Shafter Avenue on an outside warrant and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Irineo Hernando, 46, was arrested at Olive Drive and Knudsen Drive for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on an outside warrant.

Michael Meaders, 33, was arrested at Olive Drive and Knudsen Drive on an outside warrant.
