As reported by the Wasco Police Department:

Nov. 4

Davis Armendariz, 76, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Jesus Hilario Perez Santos, 29, was arrested at 748 F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Adan Rojas Mejia, 33, was arrested at 2010 3rd Street for assault with a deadly weapon and exhibiting a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 5

Justo, Hernandez, 41, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Broadway Avenue for disorderly conduct and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Frank Matthew Gonzales, 37, was arrested in the 800 block of 7th Street for unlawful camping on public property. He was cited and released at the scene.

Rayvaughn Dashawn Robinson, 22, was arrested in the 400 block of North Central Avenue for petty theft. He was cited and released on the scene.

Michael C James Smith, 34, was arrested in the 1500 hundred block of F Street on a felony arrest warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 6

Juan Manuel Vega, 44, was arrested in the 1200 block of 17th Street for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 7

Alfredo Padilla, 38, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Jose Manuel Bautista, 25, was arrested in the 700 block of G Street for shoplifting. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Nov. 8

Hector Manuel Prado Jr, 39, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Street and Highway 43 on a misdemeanor bench warrant and for driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released on the scene.

Manuel Magallanes, 25, was arrested in the 1700 block of Bay Meadows Drive for court order violation, criminal threats and vandalism. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Gabriela Acosta Alvarenga, 24, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Street and Broadway Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle and providing a false ID to a peace officer. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Rodney Eugene Thomas, 65, was arrested in the 1300 block of D Street for possession a narcotic controlled substance for sale and possession of marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Mark Anthony Ybarra, 39, was arrested in the 1300 block of D Street on a felony and misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.SHAFTER

Nov. 4

Ryan Todd, 46, of Shafter, was arrested at Community Drive and Cobble Creek Drive for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Nov. 9

Ali Mahmood Yassingazem, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 18600 block of Beech Avenue for kidnapping and conspiracy: commit crime.

Joe Luis Ramirez, 58, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block West Orange Avenue for inflicting corporal injury onto a spouse/cohabitant, obstruction, robbery, damage to a wireless communication device and false imprisonment with violence.

Teresa Vance, 57, of Shafter, was arrested at East Lerdo Highway and Vultee Street for possession of a controlled substance and on an outside agency warrant.

Christopher Obrien, 43, of Shafter, was arrested on East Lerdo Highway for possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, and

Nov. 5

Jose Luis Garnica, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 5500 block of St. Andrews Crescent in Wasco for possession of a stolen vehicle, evading a peace officer and obstructing, resisting and delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nov. 6

Earl Whygle, 51, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Wasco Way in Buttonwillow on a felony Ramey warrant, obstructing/resisting arrest causing injury, possession of high-capacity magazine, felon in possession of ammunition, and obstructing/resisting/delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
