Oct. 22

Andy Magallanes, 32, was arrested in the 1000 block of 12th Street on a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Miamonica Flores, 31, was arrested in the 400 block of North Palm Avenue for disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oct. 23

Antonio Avila Perez, 39, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 24

Andrea Ricardo Balderas, 37, was arrested in the 900 block of Lily Street for false imprisonment and obstructing or resisting a peace officer. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Jose Arturo Bernardino, 20, was arrested at Griffith Avenue and 17th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 25

Troy Butler Jr, 31, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Gary Ramos, 58, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Medai Zeferino Velazquez, 47, was arrested in the 1200 block of Pecan Street for a hit and run. He was cited and released on the scene.

Martin Chomochoc, 45, was arrested at the intersection of F and 8th streets for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Leonardo Arreola, 29, was arrested in the 800 block of 7th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant.He was cited and released at the scene.

Brenda Mariana Garcia, 41, was arrested in the 800 block of Highway 46 for possession of a controlled substance. She was cited and released at the scene.

Hector Carmen Moreno Jr, 38, was arrested at the intersection of 7th and E streets on a

misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Carlos Ignasio Gutierrez Hernandez, 34, was arrested at the intersection of 7th and E streets on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Oct. 27

Monica Flores, 30, was arrested in the 1900 block of Cressida Court for disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Dario Saldana Sandoval, 41, was arrested in the 700 block of G Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Martin Homero Gonzalez, 37, was arrested at the intersection of East Lerdo Highway and Zerker Road for driving under the influence of alcohol, making an unsafe lane change and driving without a valid license. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Christopher Davis Perez, 50, was arrested at the intersection of 8th Place and Adams Street for felony parole violation and destroying or concealing evidence. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Mario Macias, 55, was arrested in the 1900 block of 1st Street for felon in possession of a firearm, on a felony bench warrant and misdemeanor bench warrant, and for possession of a controlled substance and prohibited person in possession of ammunition. Allen Parnell Scales, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 5000 of Stearman Avenue for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and possession of illegal assault weapon.

Oct. 21

Martha Laura Lopez Gamez, 34, was arrested at Burbank Street and Zachary Avenue for inflicting corporal injury onto spouse/cohabitant and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Stephanie Barrio, 31, of Shafter, was Shafter was arrested on Burbank Street and Zachary Avenue for inflicting corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Oct. 22

Luis Antonio Mendez, 38, of Shafter, was arrested at the corner of Fresno Avenue and Park Lane for giving a false ID and for possession of a controlled substance.

Juan Jose Flores, 49, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of North Central Valley Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Andrew Martinez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Camp Avenue for vandalism over $400 or more of damage.

Brandon James Rapolla, 27, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Mesa Verde Avenue for shoplifting.

Carmen Beatrize Rosas, 49, of Shafter, was arrested in the 18000 block of Beech Avenue in Shafter on a felony warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 15

Sarah Knight, 36, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 29000 block of Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield on a felony warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Antonio Diaz Lopez, 32, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 21900 block of Highway 46 in Lost Hills for disorderly conduct, assaulting a peace officer and obstructing/resisting a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Stephen Anthony Ridge, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 11000 block of Gaylyn Street in Wasco for domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon, not firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mario Valenzuela Mercado, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30100 block of Riverside Street in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Juan Torres, 43, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 6th and H streets in Wasco on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fernando Quevedo, 26, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Shafter Avenue and San Diego Street in Shafter for robbery, making criminal threats, and on two misdemeanor warrants and a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Bruce Lee Payne, 73, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 20300 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Del Toro, 44, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Martinez Street in Shafter for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
