Oct. 7

Elyssa Santillano, 26, was arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 46 for battery on a peace officer, battery on a person and obstructing or resisting a peace officer. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Steven Andrew Martinez, 21, was arrested in the 1900 block of Shamrock Court for second-degree burglary, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, vehicle theft, obstructing or resisting a peace officer, disorderly conduct, possession of burglary tools, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oct. 8

Roberto Bonilla Jr, 21, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Daniel Alejandro Martinez, 31, was arrested in the 1200 block of 1224 Lily Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released on the scene.

Brice Patterson, 36, was arrested at the intersection of 8th and F streets on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Oscar Leon Jaramillo, 32, was arrested in the 900 block of 9th Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released on the scene.

Kaneasha Renee Sharp, 41, was arrested in the 300 block of Poplar Avenue for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oct. 9

Juan Domingo Rodriguez-Patino, 29, was arrested in the 1000 block of Lily Street for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Troy Butler Jr, 31, was arrested in the 900 block of Oak Avenue for felony parole violation. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Victor Adame, 21, was arrested in the 1900 block of Highway 46 on a felony bench warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sandra Ann Castillo, 59, was arrested in the 1000 block of Poso Drive for possession of a controlled substance. She was cited and released on the scene.

Oct. 10

Lizandro Duarte Leon, 26, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released on the scene.

Armando Chavez Villasana, 29, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Kimberlina Road for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released on the scene.

Jose Garnica, 35, was arrested in the 25700 block of Riverside Street for obstructing or resisting a peace officer, evading a peace officer, and on a felony arrest warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Tanya Fraticelli Jimenez, 35, was arrested in the 25700 block of Riverside Street for obstructing or resisting a peace officer. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oct. 11

Mauricio Antonio Alcala, 19, was arrested in the 800 block of E Street for reckless driving. He was cited and released on the scene.

Jacob Felix-Noriega, 23, was arrested at Highway 46 and Famoso Road for participating in an illegal speed contest, reckless driving and excessive speed. He was cited and released on the scene.

Oct. 12

Daniel Alejandro Martinez, 31, was arrested in the 1200 block of Lily Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released on the scene.

Stephan John Smith, 31, was arrested at 7th Street and Griffith Avenue for driving without a valid license and under an expired registration. He was cited and released on the scene.

Abel Araujo Jr, 34, was arrested at D and 8th streets on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Jose Juan Reyes, 26, was arrested in the 900 block of D Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Oct. 13

Marcos Villagran Cabrera, 31, was arrested in the 1200 block of G Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing or resisting a peace officer and evading a peace officer. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility. SHAFTER

Oct. 7

Luz Veronica Perez, 49, of Shafter, was arrested at 7th Standard Road and Zachary Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

Travis Dean Marchant, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway for failing to provide to car insurance and on an outside warrant.

Oct. 8

Daniel Monterrosa, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Martha Avenue driving without a license, evading a peace officer with wantonness and wrong-way driving.

Oct. 9

Marc Anthony Ayala, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at Mannel and Merced avenues on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Christopher Alexander Estrada, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in Taft for a lewd act with a child, fondling and lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age.

Oct. 8

Jose Jonathan Rodriguez Carranza, 39, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Milan Road and Imperial Street for possession of narcotics for sale, possession of a controlled substance, petty theft, driving without a license and application of transparent material to windows. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Adalberto Garcia Ramirez, 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 16000 block of Magnolia Avenue in Wasco for making criminal threats, negligent discharge of a firearm, resisting/obstructing an officer by force, brandishing a firearm, resisting/delaying a peace officer, possession of a loaded firearm not by owner and possession of high-capacity magazines. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 9

Geovanny Quevedo Garcia, 34, of Bakersfield, was arrested at Twisselman and Shelco roads in Lost Hills for grand theft of fruit and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Cesar Ramos, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested at Twisselman and Shelco roads in Lost Hills for grand theft of fruit and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
