Sept. 23

Andrew Darwin Noguez, 26, was arrested at the intersection of 11th Street and Birch Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Joseph Rene Castillo, 39, was arrested at 1009 9th Place for second degree burglary. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Victor Adame, 21, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Ramiro Montes, 56, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 24

Juan Daniel Vargas, 27, was arrested in the 900 block of 4th Street on a felony bench warrant and for driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Antonio Vasquez Rios, 50, was arrested in the 1300 block of F Street on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Mark Anthony Ybarra, 37, was arrested at the intersection of D Street and Poso Drive for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Juan Carlos Torres, 52, was arrested in the 1600 block of Poplar Street for disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sept. 25

Luis Oscar Vasquez, 30, was arrested in the 300 block of Poplar Avenue for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

German Gaxiola Alvarez, 26, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jacob Villa, 26, was arrested in the 1100 block of Via Santorini Court on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Benjamin Cruzdamian, 31, was arrested in the 100 block of Annin Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sept. 26

Victor Adame, 21, was arrested in the 2100 block of Highway 46 on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Beverly Jolene Noguez, 48, was arrested at the intersection of 16th and F streets for possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, andon a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sandra Ann Castillo, 59, was arrested in the 1500 block of D Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant and possession of a controlled substance. She was cited and released at the scene.

Jose Luis Mora, 31, was arrested in the 1900 block of Pepper Tree Close on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 27

Joseph Rene Castillo, 39, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place for threatening a school officer and trespassing. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sept. 28

Isaiah Zamod Muhammad, 24, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Jackson Avenue for driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Noel Mesa Rosas, 29, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place for driving under the influence of alcohol and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Martin Torres, 43, was arrested in the 1400 block of 6th Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Abel Guerra Martinez, 34, was arrested at the intersection of Sunset Street and Cedar Avenue for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Mathew Lee Parkhurst, 48, was arrested in the 100 block of North Palm Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

As reported by the Shafter Police Department:

Sept. 22

Fernando Quevedo, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Nickel Street for obstruction and trespassing.

Sept. 23

Edward Ralph Kendall Gould, 38, of Shafter, was arrested at Zachary Avenue and Express Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

Sept. 24

Arturo Gomez Arredondo, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Emily Way for using and begging under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hector Eli Valladolid, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Commercial Drive for petty theft, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, for possession of a controlled substance and for smuggling into jail or prison.

Leovigildo Garcia, 61, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Commercial Drive for petty theft and scavenging.

Sept. 25

Joel Flores Martinez, 48, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Elm Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Sept. 26

Marlene Vargas, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Rodriguez Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Alfredo Bojorquez, 48, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Rodriguez Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and an outside agency warrant.

Sept. 23

Pedro Gaspar, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Magnolia and Filburn avenues in Wasco on two misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 24

Javier Arroyo, 9, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Paseo de Pico Street in Shafter on a Ramey Warrant for domestic violence and child abuse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 26

Elsa Andrea Magana, 29, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 34200 block of Stockdale Highway in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Anthony Michael Tucker, 32, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 34300 block of

Stockdale Highway in Buttonwillow for vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
