Aug. 26

Cinthia Olivia Rizo, 42, of Shafter, was arrested at Mannel Avenue and State Avenue for felony possession of a firearm and ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Javier Antonio Parada, 41, of Shafter, was arrested at Mannel Avenue and State Avenue for felony possession of a firearm and ammunition; carrying a loaded firearm and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Isabel Gomez Jr., 37, of Shafter, was arrested at Mannel Avenue and State Avenue for felony possession of a firearm and ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Jose Vega Jr., 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of North Central Valley Highway for weapon violation and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Aug. 27

Martin Zamora, 28, of Shafter, was arrested at the corner of Lawrence Street and Jessie Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Zurina Marie Tapia, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at the corner of East Marengo Avenue and South Shafter Avenue on an outside agency warrant and for possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 28

Armando Joe Macias, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block Emily Way on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Aug. 29

Miguel Angel Zamora Medina, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at North Central Valley Highway and Voth Lane on an outside warrant.

Aug. 31

Javier Ceja Tapia, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on East Lerdo Highway and Driver Road for driving with a suspended license and on an outside agency warrant.

Sept. 1

Luciano Cruz, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Stone Avenue for violation of a domestic violence court order and child abuse.

Sept. 2

Elvin Antonio Mijango, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block East Lerdo Highway for sodomy by force, inflicting corporal injury onto a spouse and false imprisonment.

Sergio Octaviano Velascomedel, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at Shafter Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue for DUI.

Pedro Pacheco, 38, of Shafter, was arrested at South Shafter Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol, obstruction and giving a false I.D.

Aug. 20

Tyrone Leon Paul, 22, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Wasco Way for grand theft and on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Pedro Cisneros-Mendoza, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Wasco Way for grand theft, showing a false ID to a peace officer and on six misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aug. 22

Daniel Morales, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of East Ash Street and South Beech Street in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant, no registration and no insurance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aug. 24

Javier Cuellar Beltran, 54, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 100 block of West 2nd Street in Buttonwillow for assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aug. 25

Olivia Evaro, 36, of Delano, was arrested in the 12000 block of B Street in Wasco for possession of a stolen vehicle, evading peace officer, conspiracy to commit crime and obstructing, resisting and delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rogelio Juarez Bautista, 32, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 25000 block of Riverside Street in Buttonwillow on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 1

Jose Freddy Garcia-Torres, 46, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Lamberson Avenue and Kings Street in Lost Hills on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Erlin Abel Medina Castro, 25, was arrested in the 1500 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Raymond Bruno Zamora, 27, was arrested in the 400 block of Redwood Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Stevev Andrew Martinez, 21, was arrested at 820 10th Street for vehicle hit and run and for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Christopher Davis Perez, 50, was arrested in the 1300 block of F Street on a felony bench warrant and for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Jessica Rodriguez Palos, 35, was arrested at the 800 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Antonio Vasquez Rios, 50, was arrested at Poso Drive and Central Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant and shoplifting. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Keith Anthony Carroll, 49, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Place and Broadway Avenue for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, transport-controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Anna Campos Deleon, 40, was arrested in the 1900 block of 1st Street for loitering on private property and on a a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Jorge Vazquez Velazquez, 42, was arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 46 for driving under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Sergio Hector Villanueva, 21, was arrested in the 700 block of Broadway Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jacob Trujillo, 29, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Place and D Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.
