Jose Luis Mendez, 56, was arrested in the 1800 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Bogdan Boceanu, 22, was arrested in the 2300 block of Highway 46 for second degree burglary, possession for fraudulent possession/use of a scanning device and vandalism. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Alfonso J Acosta Nieblas, 36, was arrestedin the 1800 block of Poplar Avenue for false imprisonment. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

July 3

Richard Leroy Floyd, 57, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street for possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Milton Ramirez, 49, was arrested at the 700 block of F Street on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Arturo Saldivar Jr, 33, was arrested in the 900 block of 900 Birch Avenue for battery on a person, battery with serious bodily injury, and exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

July 4

Oscar Alberto Garcia, 28, was arrested in the 1000 block of Rose Court for obstructing/resisting an executive officer and threatening a school officer/employee. Garcia was transported and booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Isaiah Severo Gallegos, 22, was arrested at the intersection of Kimberlina Road and Hwy 43 for driving under the influence. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Brice Patterson, 36, was arrested at the intersection of E Street and 6th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. Patterson was cited and released at the scene.

Jorge Ruiz, 33, was arrested at the intersection of 6th Street and D Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol. He was booked at the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Tyquann Shannon Tyler, 42, was arrested in the 900 block of Poso Drive for a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Terri Lynn Navarrete, 32, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Poplar Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released from the scene.

Michael Anthony Yniguez, 35, was arrested in the 1000 block of G Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant and a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Alejandro Meneses, 29, was arrested in the 1300 block of Highway 46 on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Jacob Villa, 26, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Magnolia Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Robert Omeles was arrested in the 2600 block of Camellia Street for a court order violation. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Jacob Jesus Ramos, 18, was arrested in the 1200 block of D Street for reckless driving. He was cited and released at the scene.

Alfredo Padilla, 37, of Shafter, was arrested at Central Valley Highway and Bender Avenue for possession of an open container and DUI.

Jose Cruz Rodriguez, 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Elm Street for possession of a controlled substance and on an outside agency warrant.

Wasco on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nadya Kristine Flores, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez

Street in Shafter for disorderly conduct and battery on a person. She was booked into the

Kern County Jail.

July 5

David William Kern, 58, of Bakersfield, was arrested at Interstate 5 north of Highway 46 in Lost Hills for possession of a controlled Substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

David Wayne McKiearnan, 31, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Twisselman Road in Lost Hills for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a License, and on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Robert Ortiz, 44, of Shafter, was arrested on Burbank Street west of Beech Avenue in Shafter on two misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

1st Street in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
