Richland District broke ground on the corner of Mannel Avenue and Fresno Avenue for Sequoia Elementary School.
20 years ago: June 2, 2004
Richland School District was in the process of approving the "After School Child Care Program." This program has helped with the care of their children while parents/guardians provide for their families.
