At press time, no arrests were reported by the Wasco Police Department.

SHAFTER

As reported by the Shafter Police Department:

April 15

Dominque Earl Baker, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Mark Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

April 16

Carla Mercado Vargas, 43, of Shafter, was arrested at South Shafter and Stone avenues for arson to property.

April 17

Reynaldo Isaac Maldonado, 22, of Shafter, was arrested at North Shafter Avenue and Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Juan Jose Flores, 48, of Shafter, was arrested at Rodriguez Avenue and Wall Street on an outside warrant and for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, obstruction and trespassing.

April 19

Jesse Jerome Henderson, 35, of Shafter, was arrested at Rodriguez Avenue and Wall Street on an outside agency warrant.

April 21

Leonel Acosta Jr., 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Daniel Eugene Dale Holder, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30300 block of Richland Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on felony and misdemeanor charge.

BUTTONWILLOW

As reported by the Kern County Sheriff’s Department, Buttonwillow substation:

April 15

Maria Pena, 40, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Wildwood Avenue and Highway 46 in Wasco for three counts of possession of a stolen vehicle. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Arnulfo Padilla, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Wildwood Avenue and Highway 46 in Wasco for three counts of possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Torak Celis, 42, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Wildwood Avenue and Highway 46 in Wasco for keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance and cultivating marijuana. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
