Pet of the Week: Vicky needs a loving home

Vicky came into the Wasco Animal Shelter as a stray. She is approximately a 3-4-year-old female husky mix. She is great with staff and other dogs. At the time, it is unknown if Vicky is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children. Her behavior toward children is unknown. Vicky will be available for adoption on Tuesday, March 5.

Everyone is welcome to adopt from our facility, and we like to give everyone the same opportunity to adopt. Adopters can be from out of town and/or local. We do not place holds for adoptions. Adopters are responsible for transportation.

Adoptions are on a first-come, first-serve basis, beginning at 8 a.m. on the date they are available. You are welcome to call us the day before their availability to ensure the pet is still for adoption.
