Gina Marie Velas Quez, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Feb. 16

Alexis Lopez, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Alberto Vaca Lopez, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of F Street on felony bench warrants and for a misdemeanor showing false ID to an officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 17

Jose Rivas, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of D Street for misdemeanor DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Edson Antonio Torres, 23, of Shafter, was arrested near the intersection of Kimberlina and Highway 43 for misdemeanor DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Garcia Mendez, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Birch Avenue for felony prohibited from owning ammo and threatening with intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.SHAFTER

Monica Vargas, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at West Los Angeles and Poplar avenues for DUI and driving without a license.

Victor Manuel Ordaz, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded weapon.

Christopher Rojas, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for giving a false ID and on an outside agency warrant.

Yamilett Regalado, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at West Los Angeles and Poplar avenues on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Fernando Quevedo, 26, of Shafter, was arrested on the 200 block of Nickel Street for possession of a controlled substance and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Feb. 17

Mike Alexis Rios, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Martha Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Feb. 18

Marc Anthony Ayala, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at Escalante Avenue and Freedman Street for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and not having a light required after dark.

Juan Jose Flores, 48, of Shafter was arrested in the 600 block of James Street on an outside agency warrant and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
