Jaime Marcelino Mendez Jr., 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Rodriguez

Avenue for violating a court order for domestic violence.

Kristen Herta Roberts, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Faber Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Orlando Lopez Flores, 33, of Shafter, was arrestedion the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for false personation, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on felony/misdemeanor charge and for an unregistered vehicle.

Erik Richard Torres, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Calloway Street for obstruction of a peace officer and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Derek Dennis Haley, 36, of Shafter, was arrested at North Central Valley Highway and Venable Lane on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

Paulino Emanuel Cota Mercado, 29, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of West 3rd Street in Buttonwillow for Possession of a Controlled Substance and four (4) Misdemeanor Warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Victor Adame, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place for misdemeanor giving false ID to an officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Abel Castillo, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place on a felony arrest warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David Castillo, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Johnny Castillo, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 9th Place for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Armando Velasquez Duran, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of 6th Street for felony burglary, threatening with intent to terrorize and exhibiting a deadly weapon: not a firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
