Oct. 2

Martin Torres, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 Birch Avenue for misdemeanor contempt of court: disobey a court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 3

Ascencio Lopez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 900 block of Margalo Street for on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jermain Robert Maston, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 7th Street for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Leslie Ashlin Mendoza, 25, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 900 block of Margalo Street on misdemeanor bench warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 6

Nivies Martinez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of E Street for felony infliction of corporal injury on a spouse. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aaron Octavio Vargas Vasquez, 42, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Bautista Avenue for misdemeanor contempt of court: disobeying court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 7

Manuel Perez Diaz, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Filburn Avenue for felony hit and run, and DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Brian Martinez, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Filburn Avenue for misdemeanor reckless driving, participating in an illegal speed contest and DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Israel Lopez Jr., 37, of Shafter, was arrested on South Shafter Avenue for violating parole: felony, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Oct. 10

Edgar Lara Sanchez, 29, of Shafter, was arrested at East Tulare Ave and North Shafter Avenue for DUI, obstruction, giving a false ID, driving with a suspended license and bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Oct. 11

Julio Cesar Lopez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at Central Avenue and Central Valley Highway for disorderly conduct: alcohol and on an outside agency warrant.

Oct. 14

Francia Itati Navarro Bustos, 24, of Shafter, was arrested at Santa Fe Highway and Burbank Street for DUI, driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and transporting a controlled substance.

Marc Anthony Ayala, 29, of Shafter, was arrested at Minter Avenue and Mannel Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Donavon Diaz, 18, of Shafter, was arrested at Walker Street and State Avenue for trespassing on railroad property and entering/remaining on posted property.

Oct. 15

Israel Jose Mora, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of East Euclid for obstruction.

Bianca Chamale, 38, of Shafter, was arrested at Riverside and South Shafter Avenue for possession of controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Luis Loreto Gonzalez Meza, 47, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol.
