July 25

Andy Magallanes, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for felony infliction of corporal injury on spouse, attempted burglary, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and obstructing officer: resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Veronica Martinez, 49, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for misdemeanor willful cruelty to child and under the influence of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 26

Bryona Tidwell, 30, of Bakersfield, was arrested near the intersection of D and 6th streets for misdemeanor driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 27

Antonio Rios, 49, of Wasco, was arrested in the 400 block of Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, obstructing an officer: resisting arrest, and on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 28

Jermain Maston, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 16th Street for misdemeanor battery on a person, damaging a wireless device, and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Pedro Javier Olivas, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of 9th Place for misdemeanor DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 25

Ampelio Pelayo Gutierrez, 67, of Shafter, was arrested at Smith Corners and Orange for driving with a suspended license and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jesus Antonio Ibarra Medina, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Tulare Avenue for driving with a suspended license from a DUI, carrying a concealed weapon and on an outside agency warrant.

July 26

Mariah Nicole Gonzalez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested on Mayer Lane for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, driving without a license or financial responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Miguel Angel Ortega Franco, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at East Orange and Fuller for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

July 29

Luis Fernando Leon Maceda, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on Thompson Street for carrying a loaded firearm and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Brandy Laray Smith, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 3000 block of Santa Fe Way for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

David Fajardo, 32, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Mirasol Street and East Front Street in Buttonwillow for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
