Richard Lopez, 50, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of F Street and 5th Street for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

April 25

Mario Trinidad Aranda, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 24000 block of McCombs Road for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

April 27

Javier Pizano, 52, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 5th Place for felony possession of controlled substance for sale, keeping a place to sale of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

April 28

Nathan Lee Jr Arrambide, 22, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poso Drive and Poplar Avenue for felony vandalism: defacing property, misdemeanor DUI, and hit and run. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jermaine Maston, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Poso Avenue for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Norberto Zavala - Cabrera, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Gaston Street for misdemeanor battery of spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Victor Adame, 20, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Lily Street for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jacob Villa, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2400 block of Sharon Court for misdemeanor DUI and DUI 0.08%. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Curtis Allen Codiroli, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Andre Williams, 54, of Shafter, was arrested on Louise Street and West Ash Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

Ignacio Briseno Ramirez, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Orange on an outside agency warrant.

Miroslava Saenz, 49, of Shafter, was arrested on West Orange and South Shafter for driving without a license and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Isaac Jacob Medrano, 29, was arrested on South Wall Street for obstruction, resisting and false imprisonment and violating a court order for domestic violence.

Juan Villalobos, 18, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Sudan Way for kidnapping, carjacking, evading police and disregarding safety.

Andrew Mejia, 18, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Grundy Avenue for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.

Erick Alcala Arellano, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block East Euclid Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

April 27

Jeshua Tovar, 20, of Shafter, was arrested on West Tulare Avenue and Scaroni for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, obstruction, reckless driving, evading police and disregarding public safety.

Jesus Garcia, 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1400 block of Truxton for burglary in the second degree, and breaking and entering.

Remedios Gamboa, 36, was arrested on the Truxton for burglary in the second degree, breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit a crime and vandalism.

Arthur Joseph Martinez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.

Cruz Arnulfo Soltero, 23, of Shafter, was arrested on the East Lerdo Highway and South Wall Street for driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Omar Solano Reyes, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Flores Way for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Zachery Michael Morris, 31, was arrested in the 9200 block of Cape Forest for stalking: temporary restraining order, violating court for domestic violence, burglary: first degree, and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.
