Ignacio Briseno Ramirez, 42, of Shafter, was arrested on North Shafter and Munzer Avenue for driving with a suspended license.

Julisa Eliza Cobian, 23, of Shafter, was arrested on South Shafter Avenue and Richland Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, for false personation of another, giving false ID and riding a bicycle on the wrong side of roadway.

Andrew Ruben Munoz, 49, of Shafter, was arrested on a bench/failure to appear on a felony charge, and for domestic disturbance and battery.

He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Erica Duenas, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor

bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Imer Garica, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 on a misdemeanor DUI, driving with a suspended license, hit and run, and disobeying a court order. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mario Mendez Gutierrez, 28, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Bay Meadow and Poplar Avenue on a misdemeanor battery on a spouse, willful cruelty to a child, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Osvaldo Rovledoaceves, 20, of Wasco, was arrested at Barker Park for making felony criminal threats, cruelty to elder, misdemeanor exhibit firearm and obstruct officer: resist arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Karll Edwards Lopez, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of Broadway for felony

carrying a dirk or dagger and misdemeanor disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Manuel Andradeduran, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 4th Street for felony attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm, kidnapping, burglary, violation of a protection order to prevent domestic violence, vandalism, threaten with intent to terrorize, and misdemeanor damwireless device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Melissa Mendez, 31, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 for

misdemeanor being under the influence of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
