Fabian Castro Esparza, 45, of Shafter, was arrested on E. Lerdo Hwy. and Cherry Ave. on a misdemeanor bench warrant and drive without license.

Justin Edward Walsh, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on the 18400 Block of S. Shafter Ave. on a misdemeanor bench warrant and misdemeanor possess controlled substance.

Timothy Lee Miller, 62, of Shafter, was arrested on Orange St. and S. Shafter Ave. for misd: possess narcotic controlled substance, drive while suspended, DUI, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Chase Connor Ziegler, 42, of Shafter, was arrested on Carver St. and E. Lerdo Hwy. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Alfonso Sanchez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on his misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oswaldo De Jesus Diaz Lopez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

David Osorio Martinez, 26, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of 9th Street and D Street for driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jose Alvarez, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 14th Street for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and on his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Eric David Serda, 44, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 29000 block of Jackson Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Carlos Ruiz, 23, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poso Drive and Poplar Avenue for driving without a license and no front plate. He was cited and released at the scene.

Marcos Quintana, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue for violation of a domestic violence restraining order and on his misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Martin Fernandez, 39, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of N. Palm Avenue and Gromer Avenue for driving on a suspended license, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance for sales, maintaining a residence for purpose of controlled substance sales, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of an undetected firearm, felon in possession of body armor, possession of a machine gun, possession of a controlled substance while armed, and possession of a controlled substance for sales. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
