March 14

Sandra Castillo, 57, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of D Street for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. She was cited and released at the scene.

David Castillo, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 6th Street on his felony bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Breshyia Johnson, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of D Street on her misdemeanor bench warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Martin Torres, 41, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of D Street and 9th Place on his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fermin Quintana, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of North Maple Avenue on two misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 15

Jacob Hulsey, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Greenbrier Street for trespassing. He was cited and released at the scene.

Rigoberto Villagran Armenta, 61, of Wasco, was arrested in the 5000 block of Saint Andrews Crescent Street for misdemeanor battery on spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rogelio Salazar Jr, 23, of Wasco, was arrested on an active Ramey Warrant for charges of felony gang member concealing a gun, concealed firearm in vehicle, possession of ammunition, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit a crime, recklessly discharging a firearm, and carry a loaded firearm in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alonzo Anthony Garnica, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of 3rd Street for felony possession of controlled substance for sale, transport-controlled substance, conspiracy to commit a crime, participate in a street gang, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, destroy/conceal evidence, and possession of stolen property. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Yahir Ruiz, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of 3rd Street for felony possession of controlled substance for sale, transport-controlled substance, conspiracy to commit a crime, participate in a street gang, misdemeanor drive with a suspended license, and possession of stolen property. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alejandro Magallanes, 44, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Birch Avenue for felony corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Damien Gabriel Torres, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Yellowstone Court for felony under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, street gang member carry loaded firearm, misdemeanor possession of marijuana for sale, and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Yuritzi Vargas, 22, was arrested at the intersection of 4th Street and E Street for driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.

Alejandro Renee Bustamante, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of E Street on four misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jose Angel Ramos, 48, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Birch Avenue and Highway 46 on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

March 20

Michael Gibbs, 47, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 2700 block of Highway 46 for vandalism, grand theft of copper and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ricardo Ruiz Gomez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Annin Avenue and Highway 46 for failing to register as a sex offender. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Maria Gloria Rodriguez, 38, of Shafter, was arrested on the 4000 Block of Gossamer Grove Blvd. for theft/extortion of vehicle, conspiracy to commit crime, grand theft: property/etc. $950+, possession of burglary tools, petty theft, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jose Luis Alvarez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on the 4000 Block of Gossamer Grove Blvd. for theft/extortion of vehicle, conspiracy to commit crime, grand theft:property/etc. $950+, possession of burglary tools; misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and petty theft.

Luis Angel Garza Jasso, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on Central Valley Hwy and Central Ave. on a felony bench warrant.

David Warren Becerra, 43, of Shafter, was arrested on the 100 Block of N. Shafter Ave. for violation order: prevent domestic violence.

Vanessa Marie Vasquez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on the 400 Block of Atkinson Ave. for under influence of a controlled substance.

Daniel Eugene Dale Holder, 41, of Shafter, was arrested on Madera Ave and Central Valley Hwy on a felony bench warrant.

Kalan Gabriel Ricks, 26, of Shafter, was arrested on Fresno Ave. and Central Valley Hwy. for child cruelty, battery on a spouse and threatening crime with intent.

Christal May Rutter, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on the 18600 Block of Zerker Rd. for possession of controlled narcotics, controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, trespassing, and on a bench warrant and an outside warrant.
