Luis Garcia, 20, of Shafter, was arrested on the Central Valley Hwy on an outside felony warrant.

Fermin Quintana, 27, of Shafter, was arrested on the N. Poplar Ave and Fresno Ave. for DUI.

Daniel Jay Mascola, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on Central Ave. and James St. for obstruction of a public officer.

Rodolfo Torres, 29, of Shafter, was arrested on Zerker Road and Seventh Standard for possession of controlled substance and disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

Earl Wayne Whygle, 47, of Shafter, was arrested on the 600 block of Kern St. for disorderly conduct: Alcohol.

Julio Cesar Gallardo, 36, of Shafter, was arrested on N. Shafter Ave and E. Tulare on a felony bench warrant, misdemeanor bench warrant and possession of controlled substance.
