One of the Wasco Animal Shelter's longest residents and a young puppy are in need of homes.
Badge is a 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier who came in as a stray on April 6. He is great with staff and plays well with smaller dogs. He has not been tested with larger dogs. Badge has been in the shelter the longest of any of the animals there.
Another dog at the shelter is Ghillie, who will become available April 22. Ghillie is a small, young male black, brindle and white/cream short-haired Shepherd/Husky mix. Ghillie is great with staff and plays well with other dogs. He is especially fond of Badge.
Only one person is allowed in the animal shelter at a time. Call 661-758-7240 and make an appointment to visit the animals at the shelter.
