Rafael Cervantes Ramirez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested for alter firearm ID Mark and concealed firearm within a vehicle.

Kris Kristoferson Sousa, 42, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Andy Chavez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested obstruction and resisting, obstruction of public officer and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Joe Samuel Vasquez, 59, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of destructive device, felon in possession of a fireman and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Vincenzo Rafael Osuna, 30, of Shafter, was arrested for theft/extortion, receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools, malicious mischief to vehicle, driving with suspended license and on an outside felony warrant.

Carlos Westine, 51, of Shafter, was arrested for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs.

Maria Louredes Mendez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on a felony bench warrant.

Betty Villalpondo, 61, of Shafter. was arrested for DUI alcohol, impede the flow of traffic and unsafe or backing.

Dirk Barton Underwood, 50, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor of bench warrant and an outside felony warrant.

Jorge Cuevas, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of controlled substance while armed, transports and sells of narcotics and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Lorenzo Diaz-Gomez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on his active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Manuel Orozco Alanis, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Highway 46 for felony possession of a stolen vehicle, felony vehicle theft, and on his active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rozon Nicole Butler, 41, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Griffith Avenue on her active felony bench warrant and misdemeanor driving without a license. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Osvaldo Castaneda, 18, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on his active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Daniel Malanche, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue in Wasco for attempted murder, felon in possession of a firearm, no serial number on firearm, felon carrying loaded firearm, unlawful possession of firearm, willful discharge of a firearm, prohibited to own ammunition, participate in a criminal street gang, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, assault with firearm on person, and battery. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Angel Manuel Uribe, 24, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Via Barcelona Court in Wasco for carjacking, criminal threats, intimidate victim and exhibit deadly weapon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Pedro Alejandro Soria Huerta, 48, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1600 block of Poso Drive in Wasco on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
