Nov. 30

Johnathan Edward Foots, 20, of Earlimart, was arrested in the 1000 block of Iris Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fabian Ocampo, 26, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Kimberlina Road for felony ownership of ammunition by a prohibited person and misdemeanor driving without a license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gustavo Soto, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 1

Christopher William Carlberg, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on his active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 2

Maria Berenice Perez Ibarra, 21, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on her active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 3

Ricardo Martinez, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 4th Street on his active misdemeanor warrant, for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and for disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 4

Alexander Garcia, 24, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of J Street and 9th Street on his active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Christian Tobias Lopez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Jack Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 5

Isai Trinidad, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Catalina Drive and Filburn Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license, and two counts of not having a child seat. She was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 6

Jose Ramon Garcia, 25, of Delano, was arrested in the 1100 block of Pecan Street for misdemeanor hit and run and driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Roberto Gonzalez, 58, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Lily Street on his active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sixto Hernandez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of E Street for felony vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, on an active felony warrant, misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, false identification to police officer, and on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
