Nov. 9

Ignacio Fernandez, 23, of Earlimart, was arrested at the intersection of J Street and Highway 46 for misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and aide/abet in exhibition of speed. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jonathan Hernandez, 19, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Maple Avenue and 9th Place for felony vandalism and misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ana Lopez, 48, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Street and Adams Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.

Anthony Arreola, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of F Street for misdemeanor reckless driving and driving on a suspended license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Frank Phillip Sandoval, Jr., 21, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of Poplar Avenue for felony attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim or witness from reporting, infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, threaten a crime with the intent to terrorize, and misdemeanor removing or destroying wireless communication device or calling 911. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sarah Ann Gonzalez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 10th Place for misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released at the scene.

Martin Alberto Reyes, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 on his active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Antonio Rios, 46, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 9th Place for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Armando Hernandez, 26, of Madera, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway Street and 11th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license, hit and run, and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Markus Dewayne Towers, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor hit and run, driving without a license, and driving under the influence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alberto Garcia Duran, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Pistachio Street for felony infliction of corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
