Nov. 2

David Zuniga Fierro, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Adrian Alejandro Orozco, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Broadway Street for felony infliction of corporal injury of spouse or cohabitant, assault with deadly weapon that is not a firearm, and child cruelty with the possibility of injury or death. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Frederick Salgado-Villalobos, 30, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was arrested at the intersection of 5th Street and Griffith Avenue for misdemeanor concealed firearm in vehicle, firearm not in a locked container, and an unlicensed concealed and carry weapon in vehicle. He was cited and released at the scene.

Nov. 3

Israel Noel Esquivel, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of unlawful paraphernalia, obstruction of a peace officer, and destroying evidence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mark Ybarra, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Estella Zapata, 42, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released at the scene.

Nov. 4

Ervey Guerra Martinez, 33, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Beckes Street and Sunset Street for misdemeanor possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams and misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Galvan Perez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Milton Ramirez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and E Street for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Vanessa Rivas, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway Street and Highway 46 on an active misdemeanor bench warrant and for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Nov. 5

David Castillo, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 6th Street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of ammunition by a felon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nov. 6

Enrique Betancourt, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 3rd Street for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Guillermo Leon, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Palm Avenue for misdemeanor shoplifting and public intoxication. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Robert Castenada, 59, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of North Maple Street for misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and being under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Shawn Hasty, 23, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Street and Broadway Street on active felony bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Guadalupe Ramos, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.
