Thomas Evans Meshew, 31, of Delano, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and Poso Drive for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct.27

Carlos Manuel Ceja, 33, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 5th Street and E Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Daniel Galvan Perez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and 2nd Street for misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

James Rocha, 37, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and 9th Place for misdemeanor driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 28

Mariano Carranza Gonzalez, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Griffith Avenue for felony transporting controlled substance, on an active bench warrant, possession of a controlled substance for sale, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alexander Avila Garcia, 24, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Parkside Drive on an active felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Jessie Rizo, 44, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 7th Street on his three active misdemeanor bench warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Justin Uriah Samarripas, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Broadway Street for misdemeanor vandalism. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 30

Mark Anthony Ybarra, 34, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and E Street on his active felony and misdemeanor bench warrants, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 31

David Bautista, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Krista Street for misdemeanor obstruction and resisting of a peace officer and giving false information to a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Omar Rene Pimental, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Griffith Avenue for felony infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and battery with serious bodily injury. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Reyes, 22, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of North Central Avenue for misdemeanor indecent exposure. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Abel Rocha, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 4200 block of California Avenue in Bakersfield, regarding a Wasco case, for felony carjacking, infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and obstruction of a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
