Pet of the Week: Skelly

Swing by the Wasco Animal Shelter to meet Skelly. Skelly is a 10-year-old, male, medium black/white/cream short-coat Labrador. He came in as a stray. Skelly is not microchipped or neutered. He is great toward staff and other dogs and he has been tested with small and large-breed dogs. At this time, it is unknown if Skelly is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children and cats; his behavior toward children and cats is unknown.

He will be available for adoption/rescue on Oct. 21. If you are interested in him, please give the shelter a call to get more information and set up an appointment to meet him. Staff will get a hold of you during hours of operation. The shelter is closed and open by appointment only. If this is your dog, please contact the shelter as soon as possible.

The shelter will be closed to the public until further notice. This precaution is being taken to observe recommended CDC guidelines.

Adoptions/Rescue/Returns (appointment only). Appointments cannot be made days before availability and appointments made only by phone call. First call, first serve.

The shelter will not accept animal surrenders until further notice

Rescue is a nonprofit organization with a tax exempt 501(c)(3). If you never pulled from the Wasco Animal Shelter, please email us two references and a copy of your 501(c) (3) form.
