Omar Amado Franco, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Prosperity Lane on the felony charges of torture, aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment with violence/etc., inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, willful cruelty to child and force or assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm with great bodily injury likely. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Favian Infante, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Oak Avenue for felony corporal injury of spouse or cohabitant. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Ramon Martinez Perez, 65, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Yellowstone Court for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Amber Ponce, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. She was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Alejandro Ruiz, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Maple Avenue for felony theft of access card data, grand theft of money/labor/property, and getting and using other’s credit card and ID. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Brianda Uriarte, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Maple Avenue on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. She was cited and released at the scene.

May 5

Ray Daniel Hamilton, 47, of Ceres, was arrested in the intersection of 11th Street and E Street in for disorderly conduct. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Juan Hernandez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Griffith Avenue for felony first degree burglary. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.

Raphael Boytes, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway for misdemeanor obstruction of a public officer, and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was arrested and booked into the Central Receiving Facility in Bakersfield.
