Jan. 27

Brandon Christopher King, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 46 for second-degree robbery and wearing a mask for unlawful purposes. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Navarro, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Griffith Avenue on four active misdemeanor warrants, possession of narcotics and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jan. 28

Sixto Hernandez-Cruz, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street for trespassing and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Justino Luis Hernandez, 65, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of D Street for possession of a controlled substance while armed, possession of a controlled substance for sale, keeping a place for the sale of a controlled substance, selling marijuana and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Vivian Rodriguez, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of D Street for an active misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Samuel Warren, 32, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Palm Avenue on three active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jesse Abarca, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Poplar Avenue for an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Juan Estrada Carranza, 24, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of Griffith Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sergio Cano, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 1st Street for driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Joseph Castillo, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and 7th Street on three active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jaime Damien Cruz, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 7th Street for driving under the influence, driving under the influence over .08%, driving without a license, drinking alcohol in a vehicle on the highway, failure to stop at a crosswalk and failure to prove financial responsibility for his vehicle. Leonel Acevedo, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of North Maple for possession of burglary tools and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Christina Acosta, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of Griffith Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant and possession of a controlled substance in prison. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
