Christopher Ryan Parks, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Cedar Avenue on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 21

Sergio Acosta, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Palm Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without a license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Martin Alvarez, 55, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Poso Drive on two active misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Angela Nadine Antonio, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Broadway Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Isabel Cardenas, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 2700 block of Spruce Avenue on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Robert Charles Halvorson, 60, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway and 13th Street on an active misdemeanor warrant and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Mario Alberto Acosta, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Broadway for conspiracy to commit a crime, attempting to possess stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oliver Corral, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Broadway for conspiracy to commit a crime, attempting to possess stolen property and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Paulino Perez Hernandez, 66, was arrested in the 1900 block of Palm Avenue for violating a domestic violence restraining order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rodolfo Lopez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of D Street for disobeying a court order, possession of burglary tools and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Antonio Martinez, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Poplar Avenue for driving without a license, driving without insurance and making an unsafe turn. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jorge Romero, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Marcela Rosales, 21, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street on an active felony warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Robert Gonzalez, 57, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Lily Street and Clay Street for disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Eduardo Mata, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 11th Street and Broadway on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Gustavo Olivares, 28, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 11th Street and Broadway on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Beverly Jolen Noguez, 44, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Broadway on an active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Jeremy Major Schoonover, 36, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Lewis Court and D Street on two active misdemeanor warrants, possession of a controlled substance and riding a bicycle without a light during the hours of darkness. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dulce Bernardino, 21, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Griffith Avenue for driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving vehicle without a tail lamp. She was cited and released at the scene.

Ramon Javier Cadena, 23, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Street and E Street for forging/altering vehicle registration, driving on a suspended license, tail lamp violations and no vehicle registration. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
