Dec. 16

Juan Luis Casillas, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of North Maple Street on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 17

Joseph Castillo, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 6th Street on three active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Robert Charles Halvorson, 60, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for trespassing. He was cited and released at the scene.

Artemio Saucedo, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Broadway for possession of drug paraphernalia and riding his bicycle without a light during the hours of darkness. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jeremy Major Schoonover, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street on an active misdemeanor warrant, trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 18

Roberto Renden Gonzalez, 57, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Lily Street on two active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 19

Shawn Hasty, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of H Street for possession of stolen property, trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Diego Miranda, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Garden Street for violating a domestic violence restraining order, contempt of court and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Vincenzo Rafael Osuna, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue on six active misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gracy Vasquez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of H Street on an active misdemeanor warrant, possession of stolen property and trespassing. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 20

Teola Cooper, 21, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of 2nd Street for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was cited and released at the scene.

Javier Boytes, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of a controlled substance, trespassing and obstructing/delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Kenny Reza, 23, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of G Street and 10th Street for possession of an open container, suspended registration and no proof of insurance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 21

German Guillen, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of D Street for domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 22

Vincenzo Osuna, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Oak Street for burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Bertha Ochoa, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Oak Street for burglary, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Carlos Garcia Villanueva, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Street for being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Evaristo Juarez, 49, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 12th Street and Griffith Avenue for driving on a suspended license, expired registration, no proof of insurance and no front license plate. He was cited and released at the scene.
