Oct. 28

Martin Pelayo Fernandez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Rose Street for obstructing/delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Arturo Daniel Melanche, 39, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and 9th Place for possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jesus Preciado, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Poplar Avenue for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Omario Rivera, 21, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection Dell Rio Drive and Catalina Drive for driving without a license, driving a vehicle with expired registration and driving a vehicle without insurance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Victoria Salinas, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Rose Street for an active misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Linda Darlene Tomlin, 60, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Beckes Street and Parkside Drive for driving with an expired license, driving a vehicle with expired registration and unsafe backing up. She was cited and released at the scene.

Bobby Verde, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Heather Court for violation of a criminal protective order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Antonio Diaz, 27, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Standard Road and Interstate 5 for attempted murder, conspiracy to commit a crime, first degree burglary, false imprisonment with violence and child cruelty. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Diego Miranda, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 for giving false identification to a peace officer, trespassing and parole violation. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 30

Jorge Gamez Franco, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Highway 46 on an active felony bench warrant, driving a vehicle without a license and expired vehicle registration. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alejandrino Hernandez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of G and 11th street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mario Robledo, 43, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 400 block of North Central Avenue for driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, forged/altered vehicle registration, receiving known stolen property and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Jerry Gonzalez, 26, of McFarland, was arrested on two misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Jose Lopez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 10th Place for battery on a person. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Medrano, 38, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th and E streets for driving without a license and incorrect display of vehicle license plates. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alexis Barajas, 27, of Hawthorne, was arrested in the 1000 block of 13th Street for an out-of-county felony bench warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jaime Cabrillo, 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 15000 block of Central Avenue for loud music. He was cited and released at the scene.

Melissa Marie Gracia, 27, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Gromer Avenue and F Street for disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Artemio Hernandez Saucedo, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Julio Huerta-Barragan, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Birch Avenue and Highway 46 for driving without a license, driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08%. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Julian Cruz, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and 1st Street for disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
