Oct. 21

Luis Aguilar, 51, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Austin Timothy Brown, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of F and G streets for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Giovanni Garcia, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Granada Way for kidnapping, false imprisonment with violence, obstructing/resisting a peace officer, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, child cruelty and using a person as a shield. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Lorenzo Gomez-Diaz, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 5th and D streets for driving without a license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 22

Jorge Gamez, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of 5th Street for driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 23

Mariano Diaz, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at Kern Medical for mayhem, false imprisonment with violence, conspiracy to commit a crime, child cruelty and attempted murder. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Antonio Mendez, 33, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Jubilee Drive and Palm Avenue for violating a domestic violence restraining order, domestic violence with prior offenses and obstructing/delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Manuel Navarro, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Poso Drive for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 24

Anayeli Mendez Medina, 25, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Margalo Street for driving without a license and a stop sign violation. He was cited and released at the scene.

Oct. 26

Gabriela Garin Carlberg, 43, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and D Street for failure to stop at a stop sign, driving a vehicle without insurance, driving without a license, driving a vehicle with suspended registration and driving a vehicle with a taillight out. She was cited and released at the scene.

Able Noel Castillo, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway on an misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Domingo Cruz Maya, 27, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and D Street for driving without a license, speeding, forged/altered registration, possessing an open alcoholic container while driving, no vehicle registration, driving under the influence and driving under the influence above .08%. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 27

Rolando Gracia, 18, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and riding a bicycle at night without a headlight. He was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Joel Rosales, 24, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Smith Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
