Oct. 14

Deirde Cheise Foots, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Armando Miguel Angel Lopez, 21, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Beckes Street and 9th Street on an active misdemeanor bench warrant, stop sign violation and driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Christopher Perez, 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of E Street for possession of a controlled substance and on an active felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 15

William Gregory Warren, 32, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of J and H streets for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 16

Arturo Daniel Melanche, Jr., 39, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Highway 46 for being a felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of marijuana for sales, possession of a controlled substance while armed, passenger with open alcohol container in a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance and possession/use of a vehicle master key. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Melanche, 18, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway and 5th Street for vehicle theft, participating in a criminal street gang, possession of stolen property, obstructing/delaying a peace officer, possession of marijuana for sales and altering an imitation firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Diego Miranda, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Jubilee Drive for obstructing a peace officer, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of parole. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Kenneth Irvin Porter, 40, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Palm Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 17

Diego Miranda, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Jubilee Drive for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, violation of parole and obstructing a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 18

Julio Cesar Arellano, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 400 block of North Central Avenue for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 19

Julio Cesar Leon, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Avenue on two active felony bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dick Barton Underwood, 49, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Griffith Avenue on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 20

Manuel Navarro, Jr., 36, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 10th and G streets on an active misdemeanor bench warrant, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and riding a bicycle on the wrong side of the street. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
