Sept.16

Juan Carlos Rios, 21, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and 7th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Michael Angel Valdez, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept.18

Jose Luis Perez, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Tuscany Way for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept.19

Narcisco Martinez, 38, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 5th Street and Maple Avenue for driving without a license, unregistered vehicle, failure to stop at a crosswalk, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and on an active misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Guillermo Rosales, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 7th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alvaro Valencia, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 46 for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gracy Vazquez, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of D Street and 7th Street on an active felony bench warrant and two active misdemeanor bench warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oscar Villanueva, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Griffith Avenue for driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Kern County Jail

Marcell Garvin, 44, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 10th Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Vargas, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Gromer Avenue and Maple Avenue for possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen vehicle and driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Vanessa Beltran, 35 of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Street on a misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Gabriela Alvarenga, 19, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Oak Avenue and 7th Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sarah Gonzalez, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Broadway for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics. She was cited and released at the scene.

Maria Antonio, 21, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of J Street and 6th Street for driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.
