Luis Mendez, 33, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and 6th Street for violation of a criminal protective order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

William Gregory Warren, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Lily Street for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jonathan Medina, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Sunset Drive for vandalism and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nicholas Ochoa, 29, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 800 block of 7th Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Lorena Chavez, 49, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Place and D Street for driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.
