Jorge Flores, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Bay Meadow Drive for violating a protective court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 46, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Lesley Flores, 30, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of E Street and Poso Drive pn an active misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Guillermo Rosales, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Marcela Rosales, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Andrew Davenport, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of G Street and 7th Street on five active warrants and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Vincenzo Osuna, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of Highway 46 on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Terri Navarrete, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 12th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Noe Esquivel, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of 12th Street for vandalism, conspiracy to commit a crime and participation in a criminal street gang. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Mendez, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Cedar Avenue for resisting arrest and violation of a court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Medina Martinez, 59, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of McCombs Road and Annin Avenue for driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Molina Renteria, 26, of McFarland, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Margalo for driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Edgar Ramirez Hernandez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of firearm ammunition by a felon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Miguel Carrillo Vargas, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of D Street for driving a vehicle with false tabs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
