Marcus Sean Stewart, 23, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway and 6th Street for failure to appear after written promise. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 12

Julio Cesar Arellano, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block south of the alley on 1st Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Guadalupe Javier Martinez, 20, transient of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Spruce Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 13

Rocky Evans, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 Palm Avenue for public intoxication. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 14

Joseph Castillo, 33, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Street on an active warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 15

Flaviano Tovar Soltero, 28, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 11th Street and Broadway Street for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Noe Cantu, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 4th Street on an active warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 17

Alfredo Bojorquez, 42, of Shafter was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Poplar Street on a misdemeanor warrant and driving without a license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
