Ramon Rosas, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1500 block of 1st Street for violation of a domestic violence restraining order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 22

Shaun Carender, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of 3rd Street on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 23

Miguel Angel Anguiano, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th and E streets for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Efrain Corona, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of 6th Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Brian Marshall Henry, 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2500 block of Chardonnay Lane on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rogelio Barajas Herrera, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1000 block of 13th Street for possession of a narcotic controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to prove financial responsibility. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jesse Abarca, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of D Street for disorderly conduct and riding a bicycle without a headlight. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Leonardo Arreola, 24, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 2nd Street and Broadway on an active felony warrant and an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Leslie Ilene Hernandez, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Street for driving with an expired license and driving without lights during the hours of darkness. She was cited and released at the scene.

Vincenzo Osuna, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of F Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on three active misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Noe Esquivel, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of G Street for destroying/concealing evidence and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 27

Fernando Ramirez Gomez, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Shamrock Court for violating the Wasco City noise ordinance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Edelmiro Gutierrez, 23, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1400 block of D Street for second degree burglary and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Daniel Juan Huerta, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Griffith Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Mendez, 32, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway for willful cruelty to a child, battery on a spouse and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Antonio Mendez, 32, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 7th Street for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
