Express Collision Center in Wasco cut the ribbon at their 1340 F Street location last June, and they have been helping residents get back on the road ever since. Owner Rick Mofbaugh opened up his first shop in Delano 10 years ago. Come out and meet Goldie, a small golden (red/chestnut/orange) cocker spaniel puppy. Goldie was found last November tied up in a garbage bag fighting for her life. She was taken to the vet and already had parvo in her bones. She stayed five nights and had a plasma transfusion and she beat the disease. Goldie beat the odds. She is our miracle pup. Redwood Elementary is implementing recycling / re-use in a new unique way. The school has started a program called "Kindness Recycled." It is a movement promoting kindness to each other and the environment. Lila is a female shepherd/bully mix and is 2-3 years old. She weighs almost 45 pounds. She is friendly and loves belly rubs. Initially, Lila can be shy. Lila was picked up for biting an elderly man on the leg and was owner-surrendered along with other dogs on the owner's property (the other dogs were rescued).
