    Irma Ceja is a Chicana artist and muralist. She paints anime characters on tote bags, clothing, and shoes, which she sells online, at pop-ups, special events and galleries.     An emergency was averted by the Wonderful Aviation team at Meadows Field on Friday when a pilot on a King Air 90 flight from Henderson, Nev., to Monterey Bay, became unconscious. A student pilot found herself flying the aircraft alone for the first time.     The Shafter High Generals football team didn't play their best game on Friday night, but they played well enough to take a 28-0 win over the Taft Wildcats on Homecoming night for the locals. Born on Sept. 24, 1934, in Bakersfield, she was a lifelong resident and grew up in the Sill family, a Kern County pioneer family in farming and ranching.
